CAITS Statewide Client Services team supports desktop hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, accounts, and other technologies utilized by CAITS clients outside of Indianapolis. CAITS Statewide Client Services team recommends and facilitates lifecycle, procurement, configuration, and deployment of university owned IT assets for CAITS clients located outside of Indianapolis, where onsite CAITS technicians are present (currently Bloomington, Evansville, Fort Wayne, and West Lafayette). Where CAITS technicians are not present (currently Gary, Muncie, South Bend, Terre Haute) CAITS Statewide Client Services team, in conjunction with other CAITS teams (Client Services, Systems Infrastructure), provides remote support and partners with local IT support providers to facilitate IT support for IU Health Sciences constituents. CAITS Statewide Client Services team strives to establish trust with customers through professionalism, honest and open dialogue, high quality customer service, and a commitment to partnership and collaboration.
