With less than 90 minutes before my evening lecture, CAITS personnel located a portable microphone system, retrieved it, and even stayed until after class started (and, I suspect, after his normal work hours) to ensure that everything was set up correctly. I very much appreciated his efforts, especially as there would have been no way to make up missed material so late in the semester.

I entered the request to ask about a phishy email. Not only did he help me by indicating that yes, it was indeed a phishing attempt, but also gave me proactive things I can do to identify and report them going forward! He even pointed me to the phishing training. He could have stopped at the "yes, it's a phishing email" reply, but he didn't. THAT is customer service as well as keeping IU safe and secure!
